I am a Product Manager with +15 years of experience building products and AI solutions for ecommerce marketing platforms.
My career started as a consultant, then moved to product management where I discovered my passion to build solutions that solve real world problems for companies. I've launched products for major brands like Disney, Bank of America, Radisson, Best Western, Caesars, Klaviyo and most recently Twilio.
My primary role as a Product Manager is to talk to customers, figure out their pain points and build solutions that solve similar problems for users across our platform. I think of myself as the CEO within my product area, that drives the vision, stregy and execution. Like the hub of a wheel, my job isn't to control every spoke, but it is to make sure that the wheel stays balanced and moves in the same direction. I work cross functionaly with various partners and teams to ensure that we are aligned on the same mission. I gather data and share insights across every department. I speak with customers to learn about what problems they are trying to solve, I write requirements for how the product should work to the engineers, I enable the sales team on how to sell the product, I work with designers to optimize the experience, I work with marketing to promote the product and summarize the products success to leadership to ensure that we are continuously bringing value to the business.
When I'm not working, you can find me exploring new technologies, enjoying nature, vibe coding on my free time, dog whispering, or mentally problem solving everyday things.
